My name is Erin Swan and I've been in the mental health field for over 20 years. I know looking into therapy can be scary, and feel unsafe.  Changing may even seem impossible.  With the right support, desire, and willingness to open up and consider the possibility, we can all heal.

​What: Quality therapy and counseling 100% online.  Online therapy has been shown to be as effective as in an in office counseling setting.  We'll have scheduled sessions just as you would in an office counseling setting.  

Where: The therapy will be provided to you in the comfort of your own home, office, or even car.  Anywhere where you have an internet connection.  

How: I use HIPAA compliant secure and encrypted video conferencing to make psychotherapy convenient, confidential, easy, and affordable.  All you need is a comfortable private space, good internet, a smart phone, tablet, or computer and we’ll talk talk it out!  

When: Let’s find some time to talk, I can usually see you within the week.  We can meet by phone or video for a free thirty minute consultation.  During our consultation we can learn what you need, if online therapy will suit your needs, and if I am the right fit for you.
