Reaching out is the hardest part. Everything after that gets easier. I'd love to hear from you.
About the Consultation
"I will only accept your money if I feel that I can help you."
I offer the free consultation because my primary goal is to help you. The first consultation is not a commitment — think of it as an informal conversation to get to know one another.
During the consultation we can discuss what your main challenges are and see what we can do about them. If we're a good fit, we'll map out a plan to move forward. If your situation calls for it, I won't hesitate to connect you with someone who would be a better resource.
I am in this work because I love seeing human resilience and the positive changes that people can make in their lives. Questions are welcome — I'm here to help.
Reach Out
I typically respond within a few hours on business days. Don't hesitate to reach out — there's no such thing as a silly question.
The Process
Send an email or give me a call. I respond promptly — usually within a few hours during business days.
We have a no-pressure 15-minute call to discuss your challenges and see if we'd make a good team. No commitment required.
If it feels right, we schedule your first full session and begin building a personalized path forward — together.
